    Im looking at the WIS and im just not sure about what they mean when it says "5-fit the guide bearings"?? Are those the caps or something else?? Just wanting to confirm if its 7ft lbs or 16ft lbs ?? Also need to replace one of the cam cap bolts, I found this part which seems to be right...

    My 2001 Viggen has a slow oil consumption or leak. While browsing around the block I noticed I have fresh oil coming from the end of the right cam on the back of the block.
