So the unfortunate lost all keys to my 9-3 has happened. I am aware that I need an existing key to program a new one.
My question is that if the alarm is triggered can I still program a new CIM to it?

I just replaced my throttle body. Had to reset it and no CEL right now.
Something seems to be triggering the limp home mode setting on throttle body and making it need reset...
Any ideas what could be making the throttle body go into that mode?
