Question the ethanol problem

Hoping to get my first Saab in a few weeks, and it's an "oldie but goodie" - a 1969 96 V4. I'm concerned about what fuel to use, as all that's available anywhere near my home - and across much of the US - is 10 % ethanol. Is there something I can/need to add to a tankfull to prevent problems like deterioration of seals etc? What's the answer?

Default Ethanol tainted fuel

I know this is a 5 year old post, but they're are a few stations in Carrollton, GA that sell fuel with out ethanol. I post this on 27november2018. I hate Ethanol in my fuel! It breaks down into a bit of water after a few months! I feel your pain!! Semper Fidelis

Tons of choices: Royal Purple sells both a fuel system cleaner and an octane booster that both stabilize gas. I run one of those in any car of mine that sees infrequent use. Star-tron has been great too. Lucas also makes Ethanol stabilizers. That’s just off the top of my head.
