Default Use turbo battery tray or not with 2.1 n/a car ?

I used to consider this a no-brainer mod, but now I'm older and a bit wiser....

My 2.1 c900 sedan doesn't have a battery tray and the battery just sits on the 'floor' of the engine bay adjacent to the RHF wheel well. The steelwork has a lot of rust there so that needs sorting out. The weight of a standard lead-acid battery for a C900 is around 15 to 20 kg (ish). If I was to fit a turbo c900 battery tray to lift the battery up, do you think that's a good thing or a bad thing? What weight can such a tray support? For example an AGM type battery such as Northstar AGM24 weighs 26 kg (and yes there is the cost - but that repays itself IMHO based on experience with having Northstar's in my 4wd). With the 2.1 motor there is no huge manifold and turbo to bombard a battery with heat.

One reason to not use a turbo battery tray is possibly for better protection from heat as the standard position is lower, but I never really felt that was a big factor previously when I'd done the mod with other c900's.

Batteries last a lot longer when they don't rattle around loose.
