Default Upgrade to TD04HL-20T

Hello, I'm currently eyeing a future kinugawa 20T upgrade for my B207R 9-3.
What other modifications should I get to accommodate the larger turbo?

I currently have;
Full 3 inch krona turbo back exhaust
ETS intercooler
BSR intake

Coming soon:
Forge Turbo Bypass Valve
DO88 intercooler hose kit.

You can either buy one or be a slave to your mechanic/dealer when you need repairs. Your choice.

Never have less than TWO working key fobs.

Are you sticking with BCB? Ask them. Probably should determine if you plan to run any ethanol blends. Definitely need more flow for that.

I do not recommend Dekas.
If you use 630cc injectors, use rather: EV14, 630 cc.

Dekas have on/off issues in low flow rates. They shake engine.
Believe me, I know
EV14 are much smoother to adjust with Trionic sw.

Casey at BCB recommended 60# siemens dekas, should be interesting to see how much boost he can get out of a 20T.

I broke a 20T Kinugawa at track y lot's of oil burning. Don't buy it, it's not cheap and not top quality.

Now a have a 20T from Abbott Racing, it seems to be ok but even not used on track. It's upgraded by a UK local workshop.

I have 3" dp with 200cel cat, 630cc deka, do88 intercooler, maptun clutch, quaife torsen diff, cobalt brembo, and lot's more.
Around 325hp/430nm

Can you post the link to where you found the kit/Turbo? I can't seem to find it on their website, only the 19T.

Write to Giles from Abbott Racing, they make you 18T 19T or 20T for the same price.

Did Giles retire from The Watchers' Council and got into saab tuning? Probably got tired of looking out for buffy.
