Tom's Saab 99 page
The Saab 99 was produced from the late 1960s right through to the mid 1980s but is largely forgotten now and is indeed a rare sight on Britain’s roads. Of all the classic Saabs the 99 seems to be the most underrated at present. This is good news for you the discerning punter because it means you can pick up a good reliable, long-lived car for next to nothing. Hurrah!
