No heat, no air...:(

Question: Please help! I am not able to get any heat or a/c in my 1996 Saab SE Turbo (the fan is not blowing at all). Two mechanics, including my friendly neighborhood Saab dealer, diagnosed my car trouble and concluded that I needed a new blower motor. After purchasing a good, used blower motor and having an import auto mechanic replace it, I found out that my old blower motor was fine after all (shockingly, the dealer was wrong). So I spent the money on parts and labor and yet I still do not have heat or a/c. Any ideas? I'd like to fix the problem without spending a fortune, please.:)

Does you heater fan work on the full speed setting? If yes the heater resistor needs to be replaced. If no check all feeds from the switch for continuity Cheers
