Geez I didn't know some of those "strange behaviour" stories. I only remember footages of him grabbing some woman's behind in the 90's, and the dancing on stage thing (which shoulda been choreographed to Wild Cherry's "Play That Funky Music"). Pretty refreshing after Breznev and Gorbachev I recall in '93 he had a summit with Clinton here in Vancouver. I was driving in town and got stopped (and trapped) by a security barricade at a major intersection where the motorcades were about to come through (45 mins later). I saw both Yeltsin's and Clinton's limos and their respective full security entourage. He was a large-looking man even when seen in his limo from where I was standing which was at least 300 ft away.
