Default My 2.8T has been hit

Well my car was hit by this chick who is probably 4ft 5 in tall a week ago. The DUMMY ran head on into my car. My wife was driving at the time. She was at a four way stop. When she noticed the chick in the mustang (2006) start to turn and head right towards her, so my wife pushed on the horn but to no avail. she just ran right into my car. My front bumper got dented up a little and was pushed back causing the right side of my bumper to pop out by the wheel well. Let me tell you something i was mad as hell but then when i calmed down i looked at it this way she just bought me a whole new front (freshly painted) end . Because mine's was full of rock chips, so this time i'm going to put the 3m clear bra on it. So right now it's at Saab getting my new front end installed and should be ready by friday.

Sorry to hear about the accident man, but on the bright side of things, you did get a new front bumper...hopefully there wasn't any chasis damage.

Glad no one was hurt. How'd the Saab damage compare to the Mustang damage? Was one particularly more or less damaged than the other? Just curious about build quality/strength.

The mustang's bumper was scratched up and the front turn signal was knocked out i also noticed the driver side headlight pointing downwards. The side it's the bumper cover that got damaged.

Oyeah they also have me riding in a 2005 Sport Combi vector 2.0T. It feels lighter then my car but i sure do miss the power of my 2.8T. I like the way the mirrors fold in on the car when you lock it, i'm going to see if i can purchase a set for my car.

I hear your pain. Someone hit my 06 Aero last week. I went to pull over, and the guy sped off. I cursed a little then went on a low speed snowy chase. After 10mins, I finally got him to pull over. He gave me his insurance info then said, "I can pay you cash instead of insurance". Ya, I want to meet you in a dark alley to pick up an envelope of cash.
I think my neck hurts

Default My turn of bad luck

I had my 06 combi to close to the garge door and hit the button. I scraped the front bumper. So I thought I would wait untill spring to get it painted. I backed into a bolder and pushed the exshust up and cracked the back bumper. It was 3k worth of damage. So I took it in to getthe front and back fixed. I had a Toyota Highlander as a rental. On the way home from the Saab dealer a woman hit the rear of the Highlander. It really messed up here Civic front end the Highlander had hardly a scrap, cant even see it under all the salt. She pushed me into a Jeep and the front is ok too. I got my Saab back today looks great. Im hell on my Saabs in 04 I pick up an Aero in Sweden only to cross into German in a ice storm with low prfile tires. It the back of a Mercedes wagon. But the Saab did well to only a little crack. The Mercedes lift gate not so good.
