Default Are these Specs correct?

Are These specs correct for a 2000 2.3l lpt? the torque rpm looks low... thats like 800 rpms above idle... seems not ideal. i thought the torque max'd at around 3500 rpms. i got this from automotive.com

Horsepower2.3L 170 hp I4Torque (lb-ft)207 @ 1800 RPM

Yes this specifiations are correct. Its better to have so much torque at low rpm - thanks to the turbocharger....The good thing is that the torque remains nearly constant up to high rpm.
