Default SAAB factory child seat

Hi, does anyone here use SAAB front facing child seat(s) for their kids? If so what are the benefits and how much are they at your dealer? Thank you. Dan

Last time I looked at them 4+ years ago it was just a badged Britax one (and this was in the UK too).

Just did that.

That Consumer Reports article pertains to the bucket child seats, they tend to come off of the base during side impact crashes.
The front facing seats with latch do well since there are no parts to come loose.

We got the Britax Marathon Platinum so it would be easy to swap between vehicles. That thing won't move an inch once you tighten all the straps. Got it at babies-r-us. Ended up getting a second one just to keep in the wife's Pathfinder and I swap mine between the Saab and the daycare/inlaws.
