Got the Wife to cooperate on the pretext it was a "family project".

The shots from the camera car were made by him sitting in the trunk of our other car, an MPV, with the hatch open while the Missus drove it. We edited it largely using the standard MS Movie Maker application which comes with Windows XP. Some frame-by-frame fine tuning was done using a utility called VirtualDub. Surprisingly easy....
