merry xmas Si
short answer is erm, no got everything I need between the two early T16's to make a good one, but the best condition one is not the 'S'. I need to swap a wing & bonnet but one car's black & the other is silver, plus a bit of welding. I've made a start on some of the smaller swaps & got the silver one running sweetly though, so it'll be done by March/April the '89 T8 saga is almost complete. got it running / boosting fine now - but still have poor cold start & warm up issues, still waiting for mechanic to replace front engine mount & meanwhile its caused my silencer to split again. the '90 non turbo automatic (only bought for spares for £79) runs beautifully, is probably in the best condition of all of em & still has 7 months MOT left on it - rusty fuel cap, usual inner door rot & saggy h/lining but that's all. I'll sell it on, might make a couple of hundred with its new exhaust & tyres all round. ps keep ol' stubby on the road |
