Default Lug Nut Pattern(s)

Hello, I am in the market for a set of wheels for my '92 saab 900 3door 16v. The only issue is that I am unsure of the requirements. I have searched a couple threads and found that there are 2 different numbers that I see for my lug pattern 4x100 and 4x108. I was wondering what the true answer was before I get too deep into the market.

Also I was wondering about what the diameter of the hole in the middle of the wheel (sorry for the elementary wording, but im not sure of my vocab here).

And lastly I was wondering about any miscellaneous information that anyone might have, such as how wide the tires can go before I start rubbing them on the wheel wells.

Thanks in advance! Any and all input is appreciated.
