I am planning a trip to Milan Dragway in the Detroit Michigan area. From what I understand - they offer a test and tune session on Wednesday nights from 4pm to 9pm - everyone is welcome - this is not a track but a 1/4 mile run - I guess - I've never been there or never really done anything like this - it is $20 and I think you get printouts of your runs - which I also believe you can make as many runs as you can in the timeframe for your twenty bucks.
Couple of reasons why I want to do this. Sounds like fun - I want real world numbers for my car and with me driving it - it's about time we get some hard data on the V6 - it would be nice to meet some fellow Saabers in my area.
I'd like to see a variety of Saabs there - the 9-5's, 9-3's, 9-2x, older models, newer models - even a 9-7 would be awesome - anything with a Saab badge would be cool. I'm not looking to show anyone up or anything like that - just to have fun, meet new people and to see what kind of numbers people can spin.

I am definetely going to go and check this out - I'd like to go next week (maybe I'll just go and watch first) but am thinking maybe in a few weeks or a month as I only have 1400mi on mine and would like to get a few more miles on it so I can try and do my best without screwing something up.
This might be the perfect opportunity to test the "adjusting for boost" post with the wastegate to see if their are any performance gains if someone in the area can do this mod and then adjust back to stock to compare runs - love to see some BSR tuned rigs there as well.
So let me know if you are interested and we'll decide on a date.
