I recently installed my turbo xs bov. The sound is incredible, but it doesn't blow off under lower boost. It only blows off under max boost.
Is there any way that I can make it blow off at lower boost presure? Its rated for up to 35psi but I prolly only make around 18 max boost. I would just like to know if it is possible for it to blow off under lower boost pressure. For those planning on installing one it is a tight fight. Also the tube that you secure it too is 1&1/4 in OD, while the stock rubber hose is only 1 in. ID. I made it fit by squeeze the hose over the tube. Needless to say, it was extremely difficult. i had the same bov. you have two choices get a lower rated spring or cut one full ring off of the spring i had to do it. then when i got upgraded software i got rid of that bov and got a hyperboost bov.

I had the same valve but mine came with washers in it for adjustment. I went with 3 on my C900 running 15PSI and it blew off every shift when I was running hard.

i've done the same with the washers on mine .but his problem is the spring is to hard and he needs to weaken the spring. so he needs to get a newer spring or cut his current spring

I emailed the company several times but they never replyed back. Does anyone know where I can find a lighter spring for it.
