viggen turbo lines

so i got a new tdo4hl-15t off ebay. now i need to know what lines to put it on my ng 900 .. can i make the lines. need feedback from you guys that have done this

no im not looking for the intercooler lines im looking for the water and oil lines for a viggen turbo to put into my ng900

The 00-02 9-3 SE uses the same TD04 turbo. Find a junked SE from that year and ask for the lines...

This is the kit that Maptun sells. It's like 200 dollars. I used this and it was a perfect bolt on. Has anyone done anything else? I have heard you could fab something else with thicker washers, but I didn't quite understand how.

The only TD04 line you can actually benefit from on NG900 is the coolant return line. I'd say just get four oversized 1/2" copper washers and use all your existing lines with 12 mm banjos on TD04. More info here.

on the subject of the td04 turbo, how much of a perfomance increase is it to the ng900s? i've been thinking about purchasing a new turbo myself.

Performance increase of the turbo alone? Close to none! And a slower spool-up as a bonus. With matched software, however, it's a whole different story.

ah i see. it would most likely be a save up project for me cause i know a software change/ecu tune isn't exactly cheap. definately seems like something to start working towards though. thanks for the info

I posted a couple threads with the sizes when I did my td04 swap into my 99. Like dip said, only the coolant return line is the same. So hold onto that one!!

I used braided stainless lines with AN fittings from summitt and it worked great.

do you have any part numbers from summit and whats AN fittings so there are 4 lines and i can keep the coolant return line so i have to get the remaining 3 lines?
