Would a 2001 9-3 turbo engine fit in my 1996 900 SE

Hey everyone,
I have a chance to purchase a 9-3 engine with under a hundred miles on it for dirt cheep. would this engine with some work fit into my bay and work for me? If anyone that knows the answer could get back to me that would be great. Thanks everyone "keep saabin"

yea, im pretty sure that it will fit, are you talking about the SE motor of the S motor
