i have a 89 900s non turbo ,the heat never cuts off,yes,the controls all turned to off position.any body have a clue?oh the a/c doesn't work either could this be part of the problem?

Perhaps the control arm is not connected from the temp dial to the heater valve. You should be able to remove the speaker grille and see what's going on.
Townsend has helped me with my heater core and valve. |

thanks bud,finally a reply on this sight.i'll check it out today,thanks maybe i'll keep the heep,i like german cars better but i got a great deal on this car($150)needed an exhaust($300)which was more than i paid for the car.now if i can figure the hesitation problem?hah
