I have a 97 9000 aero 2.3 lt turbo. Where is my heat plate? Thanks

If you have one its between the inlet manifold and cylinder head. If its fitted and you remove it you'll need to shorten the bolts.

I found it easier, rather than shortening bolts or packing with washers, to put a nut onto the bolts all the way before putting the bolt through the manifold and into the head. That takes up the extra length no problem.
