Seen a few nice Saab 9000 Aero's, looked at classified adverts, autotrader, but have seen this one on ebay..
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SAAB-9000-AERO...QQcmdZViewItem I thought it looked a really good, low mileage one, and it's an Aero! Will probably fetch quite a bit though..What do you think? |

I could be wrong, but they don't quite look like the aero seats.

I'd steer clear of this one, unless you get for less than about £500.....

It has the Aero body kit which is colour coded on the Aero but whoever has done this car has forgotten to do the wing mirrors. Im sure they should be colour coded as well.

I recall reading that it was possible to spec the car without the Aero seats at the time of purchase.
But regardless - and Aero just isnt an Aero without the right seats but if it's cheap and the car checks out ok, then it could be a good car. Ask them - they may have sold them off? |

It depends what the first owner requested when the car was first purchased. Looks a good one, haven't seen an aero with these low miles for a while.

Can't find the brochure, but when I bought my Aero in 1995 I remember that deleting the special seats was indeed a no-cost option. I guess some people find them uncomfortable, but it certainly makes the car less desired at this point. This does look a good car, seems to need another enthusiast owner...happy bidding. |

Seats appear to be normal CSE elec.mem ones.

I was looking at the MY96 list where there wasn't any.....however there was for MY95, and 3 of them were silver. That's what you get for sneaking a look at SC when I should be working So, if this is a MY95 on an N plate, it could be one of the 3 cars. Only way to tell would be to look at the sticker on the rear door frame where the paint and trim code are displayed. If this car is one of the 3 then it should have a K33 trim code, rather than the normal Aero K35 trim code.

[QUOTE=KevinC]I will second that, in fact I have never seen an Aero w/o black mirrors.
If I'm wrong then oooppss. Im sure Neils has colour coded mirrors and his is silver. |

Aero mirrors were never painted body color from the factory. Anyone who has colored mirrors on a CS body styled AERO has done it themselves. Like me
