Clearing the Headlights

I would like to clear the headlights like ive seen people do on here in the past... can anyone point me to a place explaining the procedure? thanks

i assume you mean the reflectors on the turn signials. i could point you in the direction to the info but it's easier if i just tell you haha.

first take off the turn signial, theres a torqs screw you loosen and out it comes.
next take a long screw driver and slip it under the edge of the reflector and pop it out.
now the hard part, breaking the refector up into small enough peices to pull out.

I beleive you are asking about cleaning inside the headlight lense. I could not find the thread but its really easy.

1, Remove Grille
2, Remove indicator lights
3, remove headlights.
4, There will be 8 i believe small black clips that hold the lense onto the light unit. remove all these.
5, Gently witha flat head screw driver sperate the glass from the light unit, be carful not to damage the rubber seal.
6, clean vigerously
7, re-assemble
8, sit back and admire your work :-)

Just as a note, use something that evaporates quickly or after cleaning, let them dry out really well before re-assembling the glass onto the unit...

Otherwise, you're asking for fogging issues and you'll have to take it all apart again!

i can understand man. it was getting a bit wierd with so many threads started. im just bored all day so i try to entertain myself with this. what do you do?

Its all good... I was bored one day and started threds on issues i was having, havent got back untill tonight... I am a Residential Care Provider, basically taking care of, ummm... mentally challanged adults. I work in a home invironment, 2 "clients" or "consumers" and work one on one with either one of them depending on the shift.

not really they dont do much and neither one can talk so...its pretty boring. Im transfering homes, Feb 2 ill be at a different home (pays more, same company) and those clients can talk and are higher functioning so it will be interesting...well im out for the night long day (up at 8am then worked a 4pm-12am) later
