I decided to make a list of Aftermarket wheel manufacturers (didn't bother to check if it's already been done, my bad
This list is of the makers only, not distributors. www.aez-wheels.com www.dotz-wheels.com www.fondmetal.com www.ozracing.com www.tsw.com http://www.asaalloywheel.com/asawhee.../frm_index.htm www.rimstock.co.uk ( there is a U.S. distributor link) www.bbs.com www.ronal.de www.ronalusa.com www.ats-wheels.com www.acealloywheel.com www.makwheels.it www.wolfrace.net www.kahndesign.com I spent a bit of time on this but know that I prolly missed a few. If you know of any, by all means, tack 'em on! Chris Last edited by Troll_speed; 27-02-06 at 09:35 AM. Reason: fixing links |

Almost all manufacturers will produce a range to fit our cars as it is the standard GM 5 stud euro-hub on a 900-9/3; getting the correct offset on the other hand...
Recently I purchased some Wolfrace wheels, not only was the offset correct but there was no need to used hubcentric rings either, they were bored correct too.

Yeah, I realize that 5x110 is prolly more common on your side of the pond but
they're still sometimes elusive over here. The sites I posted all claim to have 'SAAB fitments', not just the 5x110 fitments. I felt that someone might find this useful, possibly in the future if not now. BTW, Motegi Wheels is working on something for the Cobalt SS/ION Redline in the 'very lightweight' department. Maybe we can benefit. |

I am only going by what is advertised. I have not contacted any of these companies but I assume that, no, spacers are not needed otherwise I'm pretty sure that they would say so on their respected sites. (also, some of these wheels have been seen on others cars)
rochfordtyres.co.uk is a distributor and I wanted to avoid including these as much as possible due to location. (them vs. member of this forum) Much the same reason as not mentioning tirerack.com (now both are listed If you want to add them, by all means go ahead. I'm a wheel nut, I almost sold my car the first 6months of owning it because all I could find online was 'BBS'. If there are more out there, BRING 'EM ON! ps. Can anyone find the site for 'AT Italia'? When I 'google/yahoo' it, all I get is 'tirerack' Last edited by Troll_speed; 27-01-06 at 04:47 PM. |

American Racing sells a few sets of wheels that fit.
These are the wheels I bought When I finally gave up on the pathetic stock Viggen wheels. The mechanic said I shouldn't even be driving on the OEM wheels, they were so beat up that he couldn't do anything with them. He said the were the most most damaged wheels he had ever seen still on a car in his 25 years of experience. They look pretty good, plus they were rather inexpensive. |

I agree the Plasma is the best looking but can't help you any more than that in your search.
I didn't contact any of the distributors as they would be different depending on country (I'm in Canada and they would be different to say, U.S./UK and so on....). Why not call BBS directly or Tirerack? You could always paint them with that secret recipe you used for your grill Best of luck and post pics when you get 'em. |
