Default Ummm... no... I don't think so, do you?

I think someone's got it a little bit wrong. Either that, or they're going about scamming a very specific market the wrong way.

Go here to see what I mean.

Toot toot.

Didn't you mean to post this at Sabb central? Where to begin... what year was D-reg, for those of us who don't have fancy things like that?

Diesel? Was that even an option? My head hurts after reading that.

D is for 1986/87. I didn't even know they did a peanut-oil burner this early... Look at that options list:
Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS), Driver Airbag, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Immobiliser, Passenger Airbag, Rear seat belts, Safety Belt Pretensioners, Side Airbags

This truly is one amazing car...

And look... it's a GM body on a 1987 car... a custom job par excellence!

Ł6000... bargain... oh, but he's got no feedback. Don't know if I can trust him.

That 900 cant be more the 30 miles from me and i would say its too good to be true, sounds like a scam.

I can dream about it being honest but i doubt it.

Weird, but at least the original buyer sprang for the cat in the exhaust. Maybe its different outside of the states, but this isn't usually something to be listed in the ad as to sweeten the deal.

I would like to think that they would have done a bit more thinking before trying to perform such a thinly veiled scam for Ł6000. Like what car was about in 1987, what you might legitimatly have on the options list.

Silly bugger.

If he's close, why not go and see what he's got for sale? T'would be a laugh if nothing else!

EDIT.
Just noticed that the picture has changed. For those joining and wondering what all the fuss is about, before there was a library picture of a GM900 in it's place. Still, with only a single line of text and a single picture... there's an awful long way to go before he hit's that magical Reseve Met notice.
