Default Scottish Rolling Road Day - 25th Feb

Hi folks,

Rescheduled date is 25th February. Location is Dastek in Dalgety Bay. ( www.dastek.co.uk ). day will start at approx 9am and run through to about 2pm (depending on the number of cars that turn up). I'm negotiating costs just now but I expect a special rate because of the previous cancellation. I need a minimum of 20 cars and a max of 30.

You better spray paint it tacky Gold and put a red ribbon on it Simon

I bloody better get more than stock after seeing my insurance sore!

Its a honest RR test for engine output and we Saabers are not into go faster stripes and show like the Ricers and Corse boys, so if i get a bad result i will be please in that i will know what to do next, I am in the same boat as you

little fine tuning and the bit will be a bit more hopefully

over christmas the shiney bits will be getting longer and the slidey rubber bits will be smaller and I have sourced "superclamps" to hold the hoses on
(only 6 each....

)

BTW wots..vbmenu_register("postmenu_577444", true) all about ????

Start time is about 9am. I'll get there for 8.30 to meet and greet. I'll sort out running order once we're there. not sure when we'll finish so, if anyone is going to be particularly late, let me know.

Ranald and the Roseisle boys may turn up...with a guy called Fredrik so should be quite interesting

I have the turbo to i/c tubes in shiney stainless to fit (friday) so should squeeze out a few more horseys

We should have re-built the 900 t16 by then with a nice new FMIC (we have had to ditch the ab**t chargecooler...it was leaking and fitted a new APC..
so we should get a nice baseline
unfortunately the 9005 is far from ready....

Just drive all the way in 2nd , that way you won't even need your hand!

You don't need your fingers for the dyno run either, well unless your arithamatic is'nt too good, but then i don't think you could use your fingers and toes to count upto 180!!
