I have a small 5p sized stone chip in my windscreen. Has anyone used autoglass' or similar windscreen repair services?
Any idea how much they cost? Cheers. |

Sorry, no. If it can't be fixed with a layer of cellophane tape to shape the super glue, I just buy a new screen/windshield. In the neighboring state, all glass is insured / covered, regardless of the deductible.
I before E except after C. Spell neighbor!!!!

I used them before for my C900 to replace the whole thing and they were fine, but it was done on insurance so only cost £50. I seem to recall them saying it would be more like 3 times that otherwise.

I had a chip in a Chavalier screen fixed. It was done FOC and paid by insurers, they preferred a fix to a whole screen. (excellent job though, totally invisible repair)
