Default I have no choice...do I?

Ok, rust is a no no. I have an Idea though. I am fortunate enough to live near a do it yourself junkyard. Really nice prices. I found a SPG up there the other day. Body is in great shape. No rust. Well the fenders only cost 24.00 each. That is the area I have the most rust. Also I was thinking of replacing the hood. Inexpensive, yet effective. I am stuck with this car if I like it or not. I am not a wealthy person, or I would have had this thing fixed a while ago. But I made the mistake of driving it. Either you love it or hate it. I, my friends, am in love. Also, do all the SPG's retro fit each other in basic parts, like hoods and that sort of thing?

yep. body pannels work from any similar shaped 900. lots of different body kit's and trims and there were four different types of shell (2dr, 3dr, 4dr, 5dr) but the bonnet would be the same for all of those. doors and boot lids are different depending on the shape.

Be carefull.. Rust is most severe and damaging where you don't see, the wheels won't fall off due to a rusty hood door or fender.. But most certainly will from a largely unoticed and rotted out A Arm pivot.
