Hi there,
I live in Toronto Canada and have a GR8 9-5 Aero, 2004. I recently got my new iPod (yes the video one), and would love to "marry" it properly with the Saab's radio rather than pulling the whole thing out and replacing it just to have my way. Doing that is hardly the Saab-way as we are know for our practicality - not our stupidity (mostly). I was told that the 04's came with Pioneer systems and will eventually pull it out to confirm. Aparently, Pioneer have a fibre-optic link for the iPod which Crutchfield sells for approximately $!29USD. It would be just awesome if I could do that. Any thoughts out there. I would live to share them with my felllow Canucks at www.saabclubofcanada.ca Thanks, Pierre president@saabclubofcanada.ca |

Nope you are outta luck I believe. The only way I have heard to get any MP3 player hooked up to the stock radio is to hack the WeatherBand on the radio's PCB and sauder on some AUX connections....
