Put yourself on the waiting list for Viggen bumpers. The guys who luck into cheap ones through friends or junkyards are hated, reviled, and secretly envied. They're very hard to come by, and rarely arrive at a junkyard intact. Turbos are fairly easy to come by, though. Search www.car-part.com and you'll find a whole bunch of them. All of the HOT 9-3 SE's came with the same Mitsubishi TD-04 that the Viggen did. You'll need to have some custom lines made up, though.

The 99 9-3 se came with a T25. I replaced mine with a TD04 and they are definitely NOT direct bolt-on replacements. A&N fittings and stainless braided lines will be your best friends if you want to move over to a TD04. Check out Jak Stoll performance for a modded T25 that is direct bolt on. He's in NC too.

Viggen bumpers are a needle in a haystack kind of find. Good luck!

There is an immense amount of information about td04 upgrades for t25 cars on these boards lately. Search a bit and you should find plenty. Definatly do some research about Jak's turbo as this is a new unit and is mostly unproven.
