Intake, Exhaust, and Chip Questions

I have a 1998 900 SE (2.0 I4 Turbo - 185 HP all stock). I want to first put a new intake in (preferably a short ram instead of a cold air), and new exhaust system, and then a performance chip. What exact products would be the best to get and where should I get them from? I plan on installing them myself, me and my friends have been doing similar things to other cars this summer. Thanks.
