Im new to these however there are lots of posts on the topic
Standard seems to be ~6psi and is limited in the first two gears.Ive just done a mbc and left it at 9 which feels pretty good ( my other car is at 14psi -but its 4wd).Im probably going to take mine out due to insurance reasons and then just wind in the wastegate a bit .ERP's site is unreal and will have all the info youll need.I think the car doesnt get fuel cut till 15psi.
good luck
jonathan
