Default have a question about 9-3 xenons..
seems like I can't turn off the light.. well, when i start the car, the xenons go on, off, and on(normal starting sequence).. does this hurt the life of the d2s bulb? also, is it normal to have ECE cutoff for an american version car?? thanks
