This guy chose to compare the 9-7x to other luxury SUVs, not just the differences between the other GM SUVs. That's what I wish the guy from The Car Connection would have done. It's giving people the wrong idea, and now they won't go check it out for themselves.
One thing I noticed in this article, he says the 2006 model has already gone into production. How many 05s did they make? |

Its nice to see the vehicle is getting good reviews from the media. Perhaps if the trend continues in the media the 9-7 haters will go away...or at least go to a dealer and see for themselves what the vehicle is all about. I'm still surprised at all the negativity on this site before the vehicle was even released - all based on viewing of a few pictures of the vehicle.
On the negative side - if they are releasing '06 models "with enhancements" I (and others who signed up early) will be pissed! Show GM/Saab that you are confident in the product that the are to produce and end up with something less than the end product. Of course, that could just be speculation on the part of the writer. My vehicle was completed on 5/14 - I can't imagine they have already curtailed the '05 production run. If there is a lot more goodies in the '06 I'll be leaving mine running, with the key in it, at the mall...just kidding. |
