wont start when hot.

my 1990 t16s wont start when the engine is warm. when i turn the key the fuel pump switches on, the engine check light flashes on and off,aloud clicking can be heard from the fuel pressure regulator and the ecu..the engine wont start for 15ish mins and then will start fine.if i try to start the engine while the check engine light is on it will fire then idle erratically then stall. please help!

Could be a faulty NTC sensor. Details here on where it is and how to test it.

just replaced the ntc sensor and cooling fluid still have mad clickin and whirring even after ive turned the key off. Ive also cleaned aic and the throttle body butterfly. Could it be vacuum leak?
