Hello everyone,
I'm new here (and a new SAAB owner). I am installing a 2-way radio into my 2003 9-5 and want to tap power as close to the battery as possible. I found an unused position in the fuse array alongside the battery, but need the receptacle for the load side. I've attached a photo (9-5_fuse_array.jpg) and was hoping that someone would know how I can find a part number for a 1-pole receptacle (blue part) to use on the left-most (unused) position shown in the photo. This would make for a clean way to provide a secure and fused connection to power close to the battery. thanks for whatever help you can offer - ..Bill |

Hi KV2E, Welcome to Saab Central
![]() Your picture hasnt attached so it is difficult to understand what you are after. I would say however you do need to be a little careful with the 9-5 electrics. Between the DICE unit and the SID the car is pretty sensitive to people using or cutting into exsisting supplies.. You maybe better attaching a new supply at the battery and putting an inline fuse..
