new guy here!! hello to all...

i was a regular lurker and semi-frequent helper on another BB that i have parted ways with...and am rather exciting about getting onboard with another great site. i found my way here via BillJ.

anyways, i hope to learn and talk with you all, and my humble contribution to the communitiy can be found at:

Hi, Shawn. Welcome to SaabCentral.

Glad you found your way here. I'm sure everyone will make you welcome. The board is based in the UK (actually, I think it is physically hosted in the US). The site seems very popular with US Saab owners and your countrymen are well-represented.

It's run by Saab enthusiasts (Paul and Simon are great guys) and free speech is actively encouraged. It's a very friendly board and you'll find a certain amount of leg-pulling among all the useful technical stuff

If you ask nicely, you can have a SaabCentral window sticker for your car. One of the US contributors has volunteered to distribute them on your side of the water. Look here to find out how to get it. If you have more than one Saab, I'm pretty sure you can have a sticker for each.

Of the two UK BBs I've seen you on, this one definitely has the higher proportion of US contributors.
