Hands free phone

In the new saab 9-3's they have pre-wiring for a hands free phone. Has anyone had this installed? Is it a nice feature. I use my cell phone mostly when i'm driving around (pull over if it's a long call). How much does it cost to have the dealer install the needed parts? any guidance/input is helpful. Thanks.

My dealer said they wouldn't install it. They said you need to take it to a stereo/cellphone shop and have them hook up phone-specific equipment to the SAAB wiring.
