Alright....I my Continental ContiTouringContact tire uses a load rating of 94. The tires that I am interested in are 91's. Is there a significant difference from a 94 and going to a 91?
The ones I am looking at are 225 45 R17's Fuzion zrI (W-rating).... Please let me know. Thanks Paul

A higher LR means a higher load can be put on them, and anything in the 90's is probably in excess of your GVWR anyway so you can't go wrong.

Wait... W rating? Does the exhaust and bodykit let you get up to 300km/h?

I have Y rated tires right now, sure I don't need them but it's nice to know they'll be alright at 100 if it ever comes up.

Yeah but they will be good at 200 as well!

I've found the 87w rating tyres suprisingly inferior to the 91y that's available in the size I use, so I'd add that the difference you're looking at you may notice the difference, don't worry about the speed aspect, its the load under cornering and braking where the difference manifests in cars like ours.
