E-mailing a SC member via saabcentral - Question

I have noticed that if a SC member e-mails me, it comes via saab Central. If I hit reply to the e-mail, it doesn't seem to be making it to the person. I am wondering how the SC e-mailing works and maybe some instruction as to the right way to respond to an e-mail when one uses this method to contact me.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Why I believe that very succinctly sums up a problem I have recently perceived to be happening to me. I fervently hope that we can be properly instructed on the finer points of this process. Moreover, I hope they keep it simple for Luddites such as myself.

Don't REPLY to the email that acually comes. READ IT.

There are several links IN the email. One says CLICK HERE TO EMAIL so-and-so.
