alarm problems

could some1 please tell me if you can turn down the sensitivity of the alarm as over the past week every time it hailstones the alarm goes off although it is nice to c the alarm works at 3 oclock in the morning it can be rather annoying

You can turn the "glass break" and "tilt" sensor off by taking the ignition key out, then press and hold NIGHT PANEL until "ALARM ONLY" appears on the SID. The alarm will revert back to full system alarm next time its used, but this should stop hailstones setting off the alarm at 3am.
