Default 1989 Aero electronic fuel-cutoff

ProfZ showed me that my 89 has a fuel-cutoff switch controlled by the ECU. So, if I'm tweaking with the APC and about to change my FPR to a 3.0bar one, how do I decrease sensitivity to this cutoff switch? Or does it automatically adapt to the new APC settings?
Thanks!

Chelo

The ECU's overpressure safety circuit will kill power to the fuel pump relay if turbo boost becomes excessive. Unless you're planning to run insane levels of boost, this is something you have to worry about only if the wastegate sticks closed.

Because this safety feature has nothing to do with the fuel pressure, changing the FP regulator will not affect it.
