Default Mintex Brake Pads

Does anybody know where I can get Mintex brake pads, in the USA, for my 2002 9-3 SE?? I'm getting my springs and sway bar put on next week and figured I might as well switch to some low-dust pads while i got the thing apart! Really wanna do Mintex...not EBC.

Anybody??

Partsforsaabs can supply them, don't know how long they'll take to reach you though. Email them and ask, they are pricey even by UK standards though [not PFS, the pads are expensive in comparison to there peers] . I've just fitted a set to the 9000 we have, they came with stick on anti squeal pads too which is a nice detail. They are based on the Mintex M1144 pad compound which is well respected here in the UK as a first rate track day and rally brake pad.

Thanks!! But I really want to find a supplier in the US. I need 'em pretty quick. Plus the overseas shipping costs are rediculous!! I keep searching.

Postage costs are based on weight. Brake pads are heavy...

Yet another reason I'm in search of a US supplier. When I had my VW these things were fairly easy to get. It's interesting (and frustrating) that they're so difficult to get (quickly and inexpensively) for Saab's.

Still hoping to find a US supplier...Anyone??

Bavarian autosport offers them for BMW's. Call them and see. Also, places like autozone and Advance Auto can special order parts they don't stock

Default mintex

Eeuroparts.com carries mintex. They are based in CT. I have them on the rear brakes.

I appreciate the tip but...I just called 'em and...nope they don't have Mintex pads for a 2002 9-3 SE. That's pretty much the response I've gotten from every US Mintex dealer I've emailed or called. I'll keep looking. Doesn't look like I'll have 'em in time for the suspension mods I'm doing mid-week. I'll keep searching!
