Default Lamborgini Doors?

Some people would consider this cheezy but I have seen after market doors for other vehicles ... I wonder what they would look like for the Saab.
I am referring to the Lamborgini like door that swing upwards rather than the standard outward doors on the conventional vehicle.
I wonder if its possible with the wiring bundle that we have...

You know, suicide rear doors would be kind of interesting. I don't know if it is possible, but definitely something I would look into after running out of performance mods.
