windshield wiper not working

My passenger side wiper is not working, the drivers side one however is fine. All of the speeds work, but there is a new click noise evertime the wiper moves. I am guessing that something came loose. How would I got about finding and fixing the problem? Thanks

Most likely just tighten the nut that secures the wiper arm.

Or if it's not that, remove the top plastic cover and see if the link arm has come off.
