Lost Keys, By pass key transponder?

Hi, recently bought a SAAB 2000 year model & it is a Aero 9.3! Lost the keys and would like to know, if I can remove the SAAB security system and retrofit it with something else. There are no dealers in South Africa and cannot get hold of a Tec-2 to program the spare key with the transponder in it. PLEASE HELP URGENTLY, thanks GCovac

1. Post this in the OG 9-3 forum and you will get more direct answers.

2. I think there was a detailed wiring bypass for the NG900 but I don't recall if there is one for the 9-3. There is no aftermarket bypass.

3. If you purchase a "TWICE" unit with key from Ebay you could remap it... unfortunately, you still need someone with a Tech II to make it work.
