Is $300 a good price to chance and install the whole headliner? Including power sunroof and inside C pillars.

If you're paying someone

it might cost you $70 to DIY, but if you aren't careful you can do a crappy job, still 2 attempts is only $140.

That is a good price. This side of the pond a typical charge for complete headliner replacement is £350 which is over $500. If you are handy you can do a really good job yourself and the link to Dan at ParadiseSaabs is probably one of the best guides on the net.
