Default 9-5 SE wont start, replaced battery getting 1 ACC fault code 22.

Im not quite sure what this means, I read a little about having it reflashed? never heard of this before so Im not sure what it means.

The ACC should not have anything to do with starting.
Is it cranking? Does the SID say anything?
Is anything else not working?

I agree that ACC fault code should not stop you from starting. Code 22 is not a typical ACC error code -- it means that you need to re-flash the ACC program. Do a bit of googling and you will see more results.

i have seen that ACC code from a bad battery, or when the battery volts got too low.
