Jason's Garage east northport, ny

he is my local mechanic

he has it, he told me. however he doesn't know much about saabs.

he just got a new tech II system and it came with the saab card.

Thanks Bro. I guess i can just bring the instructions on how to do it, or I can just walk him through the menus and steps on the Tech II. Does he have the subscription to be able to access the security protocols on the Tech II?

nah its at a crappy little gas station but if you want sunken meadow park is right near by. I used to work there for years, good park and a golf course.

i'm not sure what jason has or is capable of.

call him up, he is listed on google.

how about we do something in westchester . theres FDR park, plenty of different river fronts. all have good parking and i know of one river front in peekskill ny that has perfect parking for car meets and have had meets there before with my fathers motorcycle club in the past

Aren't there more beaches along long island? I know theres a couple of spots that don't require to pay to park

Not that I know of, where? I'd like to know. Free beaches with parking on LI? Lol. They charge if u just wanna fart near a beach out here.

I live in upstate and I would be down to meet just about anywhere but I would have to be more towards the fall time. I make all my money in the summer time. I do have Monday and Tuesdays off though. So if possible I would love to meet up on one of thoes days. If not hopefully a fall meet.

The kop meet in penn is about the same distance for us and we're gonna have a big turnout every event basically... You can follow the wife and I down if your free the 28th if not well have another one in fall

Also, if paying for parking is a problem, concern....

...how about the meetup be held at Stony Brook University. They have a massive commuter lot that is empty during the summer...and no permits are required during the summer I believe. That could be used as the meetup home base, and we could drive in convoy along 25A on the picturesque north shore, and stop at various nicer places (since the parking lot at SB isn't going to be as nice as a beach).

Just an idea....any LI meetup would be cool!

Theres too much trouble at Stony U. I went to that school. Lets just honestly go the beaches next cedar beach. Theres plenty of parking, there is no need to pay either.

just extending the off one more time, we will be having the KoP meet tomorrow at 11am. weather is looking a little iffy later in the afternoon, but we have a rain spot incase we need to get some shelter. we'd be happy to have any of you join.

Saab is all fixed, my issues have related to a bad coil for the last 2 years and not the tranny.

I am now willing to venture off LI.

any meets in NY if not on LI?
