Paddy Magees, really? I live in Island Park, that wouldn't be my first choice. Bad parking and BS over there with new King Kullen being built. I'd say do it in Nathan's parking lot in Oceanside, that's where all the car meets are. Tons of room in the lot, and food too. I'm in though for a meet, wherever it is.

Jones Beach is great, if everyone knows it's 20$ per car, and it's Summer. So finding one of the lots empty enough to fit a group of us together with some room to play is not gonna be easy. But I'm up for it if all others are.

I know this meet was started so it could be hosted in NY, but if you guys don't end up picking a date and this meet flops, we are having the KOP meet the next weekend on July 28th, only a 2hr ride from NY and it starts at 11, so no need to wake up super early to make the drive.

what are other thoughts on locations?

does anyone know of any good parks in Nassau?

I don't want to drag everyone out here to suffolk.
