89 saab 900 vacuum parts ?

hello guys i'm new to the site and have a quick question. my 89 saab 900 runs rough at warm startup. it will run fine when you get going down the road or when you start it in the morning but after you've driven it and go to start it again it will run rough. rpms going up and down and often die a couple times. all the vacuum lines and fitting gromments are in very poor shape. i sprayed ether around them and it didn't rev up but i would still like to replace them. i have talked to a couple people and they told me they found a kit onlin with gromments, fittings and line all togther. i have searched for sometime and have not been able to find one. anyone have an idea what could be wrong or where i could find that kit for sale? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Might be sound like a silly thing but check that you have a good connection at the wires going to the coil. I had the same problem and one of the wires was broken.

When i first got mine it would do the same thing. Turned out the battery was low and the ground on the alternator was poor

k thanks for all the help guys i'll check this stuff out this weekend. anyone got any ideas for the vacuum kit? i would like to replace those regardless since they look to be in such poor shape.
